Scarsdale Police Chief Andrew Matturro announced on Friday that the department has received a donation from Esurance of a vehicle that will be used for undercover police operations.

Matturro said that the vehicle will “assist the Scarsdale Police Department in undercover stings, patrols and crime prevention operations.” The car remains under wraps, but will soon join the fleet to assist officers in cracking down on crime in the village.
